Takase: Mr. Chairman, we distributed, to all the Commissioners, a copy of the <br />proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Decision and Order. This was just <br />memorializing the vote that took place last month regarding Hilo Brewing Company's <br />Hakalau operation. <br />Masuda: Mr. Chairman and members of the Commission, and to the Department, <br />I apologize for such short notice on getting this. It was turned in late by me and that's <br />why you got it late. <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, if there are no objections to it, we can move to adopt. <br />Onizuka: Commissioners, any questions? <br />There were no questions from the Commissioners. <br />Onizuka: If not, call for a motion to adopt. <br />Hughes: Motion to adopt this document. <br />Raymond: I'll second it. <br />Mr. Hughes moved to adopt the proposed Findings of Fact, <br />Conclusions of Law, and Decision and Order for Application <br />No. 18-21, Pacific Aqua Beverages, LLC, dba Hilo Brewing <br />Company, for an original Small Craft Producer Pub liquor <br />license, Category B1, located at 29-2306 Old Mamalahoa <br />Highway, Bldg., A, Hakalau, Hawaii; TMK: 2-9-002:079; <br />seconded by Ms. Raymond. <br />Onizuka: Moved and seconded. Any discussion? <br />There was no discussion from the Commissioners. <br />Onizuka: If not, all those in favor say, "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Onizuka: Opposed, "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by the Commissioners. <br />Onizuka: Motion carried.
