<br />MarketPlace, 69-201 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Spaces H5, H6, and
<br />H7, Waikoloa, Hawai'i, respectively.

<br />Thomas: I have a question. Is there any reason why you were notified months later?
<br />It (says) August 2019, it's almost a year late, err... nine months late. Did they not know
<br />that they need to do that? I'm just curious.
<br />Takase: What happened was that we caught up on that as we were getting ready for
<br />the renewals and we were looking at the DCCA filings. But in this case where they just
<br />resigned and didn't replace him with anybody, it's not that critical to us.
