<br />Arborist Committee Minutes <br />July 2, 2020 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />ARBORIST ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />JULY 2, 2020 MEETING MINUTES <br />OFFICE OF AGING, TRAINING ROOM – HILO <br />1055 KINOOLE STREET, SUITE 101, HILO, HAWAII <br /> <br /> <br />ATTENDANCE <br />Committee Members Present: Leonard Bisel, Chairperson <br /> James Boyd Friday <br /> Jonathan Sudler, Vice-Chairperson <br /> Carol Wyban <br /> Maurice Messina (Executive Assistant to the Mayor) <br /> <br />Committee Members Absent: Bobby Camara <br /> <br /> <br />GUEST Bill Brilhante, Human Resources Director <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Bisel at 10:07 a.m. <br /> <br />STATEMENT FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MARCH 6, 2020 COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> <br />Vice Chair Sudler wanted to make 2 corrections to the minutes. <br /> Change the number of approximately 11000 trees to 1100 listed in the State registry <br /> County of Hawaii only has approximately 31 and should have the largest inventory <br /> <br />Committee member Wyban wanted to make 1 correction to the minutes. <br /> To remove the paragraph about suggesting to publicize to submit exceptional tree <br />nomination. <br /> <br /> <br />th <br />Motion was moved by Sudler and seconded by Wyban to accept the amended March 6 <br />minutes. <br /> <br />The Committee voted 5-0 to approve the minutes. <br /> <br />COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCES REP.
