All mulch loads <br />must be covered prior to leaving the facility. All customers must adhere to CDC recommended <br />social distancing guidelines. <br /> <br />The following procedures will be in effect: <br /> <br />Residential customers will be able to obtain mulch according to the following procedures at <br />EHOF as long as there is a supply of mulch: <br /> Mulch is available on the first Saturday of each month from 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. <br />(closed from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.) <br /> Customers will be able to obtain a maximum of 3 cubic yards of mulch <br /> The 3 cubic yards can be loaded mechanically or self-loaded for free <br /> Residential customers are only allowed to obtain one load per day <br /> <br />Commercial customers will be able to obtain mulch according to the following procedures at <br />EHOF as long as there is a supply of mulch: <br /> Mulch is available on the second Wednesday on each month from 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 <br />p.m. (closed from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.) <br /> Commercial customers will be charged a loading fee of $5.00 per cubic yard <br />• Commercial customers will be charged a minimum of 3 cubic yards <br /> Commercial customers will not be allowed to self-load <br /> There is no limit to the amount of mulch a commercial customer is able to obtain <br /> Commercial customers can obtain multiple loads in a day <br /> Only credit and debit cards are acceptable forms of payment <br /> <br />For additional information please visit www.hawaiizerowaste.org <br />County of Hawai‘i is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
