ADJOURNMENT <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language <br />interpretation to access the meeting, please contact the Department of Parks and Recreation <br />at 961-8311 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to <br />arrange for accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication <br />methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically <br />challenged. <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS") 92-3.5, the <br />Hawaii County Department of Parks & Recreation will be conducting this meeting via <br />videoconference. If the audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period <br />of time, the meeting will be terminated. Veterans Advisory Committee Members will be present <br />at the following locations: <br />Hawaii County Building, Puna Conference Room, 25 Aupuni Street <br />(Members Michael Doolittle, Debra Lewis, Isaac Nahakuelua, George Sheridan, and Emile <br />Wery will be participating from the P&R Admin Conference Room.) <br />Kona Mayor's Office, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, <br />Building B (Members Marcia Brinkley, Minoru Hanato and Antonio Gaspar will be <br />participating from the Kona Mayor's Office.) <br />BOARD PACKET.
