Commission may go into executive session to seek advice from counsel re- <br />garding questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privi- <br />leges, immunities, and liabilities. <br />Vill. If the testimony is being submitted on behalf of an organization, documenta- <br />tion showing membership ratification should accompany the testimony. Public testi- <br />mony can be submitted by mail or email. Those submitting written testimony by mail <br />should provide eleven (11) copies for distribution. Public testimony submitted by mail, <br />should be mailed to: Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation <br />Commission, 25 Aupuni St. Suite I 10 1, Hilo, Hawai'i 96720. Mailed testimony should be <br />received no later than 5 days before the next scheduled meeting, allow for mailing and <br />thorough Commission review.
