The designated County will <br />receive the entire allocation of HOME <br />funding less the allowable administrative <br />funding which will be retained by the <br />HHFDC. This makes it a little difficult for <br />Hawaii County, as well as, the non-profit <br />organizations to plan out projects over a <br />three year period. <br />On May 11, 2020, HUD informed the <br />County of a second CDBG-CV2 allocation <br />of $978,184. <br />19 <br />
