Annual Action Plan <br />2019 <br />OMB Control No 2506-0117 (exp. 06/30/2018) <br />32 <br />Funding <br />CDBG: $330,963 <br />Description <br />The Office of Housing and Community Development Division will utilize <br />CDBG funds to continue to renovate necessary improvements at the <br />Kulaimano Elderly Housing Project. The renovation activities have <br />been determined by the Physical Needs Assessment conducted for the <br />elderly housing project. The renovations and/or improvements will <br />include, but are not limited to, the planning and design for the Phase III <br />Renovations, address and abatement of hazardous material at the <br />project, external ADA accessible paths, site drainage, interior ADA <br />renovations within the community center which includes, but are not <br />limited to, bathroom renovations and relocation of drinking fountain. <br />This activity is eligible under 24 CFR 570.202(b)(2) Eligible <br />Rehabilitation and Preservation. <br />Target Date <br />Estimate the number <br />and type of families <br />that will benefit from <br />the proposed <br />activities <br />Location Description <br />Planned Activities <br />This project includes the design and/or renovations to the facility as <br />stated above in the project description.
