Greenwell: When do they expect to open for business considering COVID-19? Are they <br />going to do take-outs? What are they going to do? <br />Wishard: We have a target date of August 1 st, and that looks like it may actually go a little <br />later to August 15th, but I will reduce the number of seats by half. There won't be any take-out, <br />initially. It'll be just in the restaurant with the proper social distancing. <br />Greenwell: Thank you, Harry. <br />Onizuka: Are there any questions? <br />There were no questions from the Commissioners. <br />Onizuka: Call for a motion to approve Application No. T19-42. <br />Thomas: I move to approve Application No. T19-42; if approved, public hearing to be held on <br />August 6, 2020, in Kona. <br />Hughes: I'll second that. <br />Ms. Thomas moved to approve Application No. T19-42, <br />Wishard Enterprises, LLC, dba Luna Restaurant, for a sale <br />and transfer of a Restaurant General liquor license, Category <br />B1, currently held by Gormando LLC, dba Luna Restaurant, <br />located at the Waimea Center, 65-1158 Mamalahoa Highway, <br />Suites 10 & 11, Kamuela, Hawaii, TMK: 6-5-005:002; if <br />approved, public hearing to be held on August 6, 2020, in <br />Kona, Hawaii; seconded by Mr. Hughes. <br />Onizuka: Moved and seconded that we approve Application No. T19-42; if approved, public <br />hearing to be held on August 6, 2020, in Kona.
