The motion was carried unanimously. Onizuka: At this time, we'll take New Business Item No. 15 out of order, since it's related to the same application. 15. Dragon Roll LLC, dba Tunaichi, pursuant to HRS §281-41, approval for a sale and transfer within one year of issuance, of its Dispenser General liquor license (DG -926), Category A, located at 75-5699 Ali'i Drive, Suite F, Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i. Takase: Mr. Chair, sorry, we probably should have taken this matter before the last matter. But, Section 281-41 requires that the Commission make a finding of good cause to allow for the sale and transfer of a license within one year of its issuance. In this matter, Mr. Sunada is buying from the current owner, Yasuharu Muramatsu who was the previous owner. I believe Mr. Sunada is an employee and Mr. Muramatsu is, as you've seen through the last couple of months, divesting himself of all his physical holdings in the Kona area. The Department would find that there is good cause to allow him to do that and there's no problem with allowing for the transfer within the one-year period. Onizuka: Thank you.
