The Ayes have it. <br />Onizuka: Thank you. Motion carried. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />Onizuka: Moving on with the agenda, Public Statements. <br />IV. Public Statements on Agenda Items <br />Onizuka: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Governor's orders to stay at home and <br />practice social distancing, the public was instructed to submit public testimony in writing by <br />email or fax by noon of Wednesday, July 1, 2020. All written testimony, regardless of time <br />of receipt, will be made a part of the permanent record for each application. We do have <br />members of the public participating in this teleconference today. Do any members of the <br />public wish to make any statements? <br />Onizuka: Hearing none... <br />Forbes: Yes, I would, regarding Application No. 18-21. <br />Onizuka: Go ahead. <br />Forbes: Thank you for this opportunity to address the petition for rehearing of Application <br />18-21 that was submitted by Steven Shropshire. The facts shared by Mr. Shropshire relate <br />to proclamations related to COVID-19 and the stay at home order that became effective <br />March 25th. However, the linkage of the COVID-19 related facts with Mr. Shropshire's <br />concerns about unfair advantage on the part of the opposition is blatantly false.
