Call To Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Onizuka at 10:01 A.M., in the <br />Kona County Council Chambers, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane <br />Keohokalole Highway, Building A, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. <br />The following were present and constituted a quorum: <br />Commissioners: Claude Onizuka, Chair <br />Michael Hughes, Vice Chair <br />Warren Arakaki, Commissioner <br />David Greenwell, Commissioner <br />Ronald Ibarra, Commissioner <br />Allen Salave`a, Commissioner <br />Paula Thomas, Commissioner <br />Absent and Excused: Dawn Raymond, Commissioner <br />Others Present: Gerald Takase, Director <br />Brandon Gonzalez, Administrative Officer <br />Craig Masuda, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Stacie Waltjen, Licensing Officer <br />Dorsi Lim, Secretary to the Board & Commission <br />Onizuka: First of all, this meeting is being recorded.
