REFERENCES <br />Skills referenced in the following come from Noncommercial Skills Testing from Outside <br />the Vehicle developed by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators <br />(AAMVA) Test Maintenance Subcommittee (TMS). It has been modified slightly to meet <br />the needs and conditions of the County of Hawaii.
