Hawaii Fire Commission <br />Meeting Agenda <br />October 14, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />CHAIR'S REPORT ON MATTERS OF INTEREST TO THE COMMISSION <br />(CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC) <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />The commission will meet in executive session to discuss the hiring of a new Fire Chief, <br />work on the evaluation of the Fire Chief, and may consult with Corporation Counsel on <br />questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, <br />immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2) and (4) and the Hawaii County <br />Charter Section 13-20 (b). <br />• UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Work on the selection of the new Fire Chief <br />• NEW BUSINESS: Work on the evaluation of Fire Chief Darren Rosario <br />(OPEN SESSION) <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for November 6, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. <br />in the Hawaii County Office of Aging Training Room, 1055 Kino`ole St., Hilo, Hawaii. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />NOTICE <br />This meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities.
