County presented their case and recommended sustaining the current <br />2020 assessment with the Homeowner's Exemption, and to not grant the Disability Exemption for the <br />2020 tax year. A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Harano moved to sustain the county's recommendation of disallowing the Disability <br />Exemption for the 2020 tax year based on the forms presented stating that the appellant is not <br />deemed totally disabled as defined by the state. Present for the County was appraiser, Kaleb Meno. <br />Properties are located in the Discovery Harbour neighborhood. <br />Appeal for both properties are on the land values. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. County <br />recommended sustaining the land value at $21,600 for both properties. Present for the County was appraiser, Kaleb Meno. <br />Properties are located on Kamaoa Road, near Na'alehu Town. <br />Appeal for both properties are on the land values. <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. County will <br />take the recent properties sold into account for future assessments and recommended sustaining the <br />land value at $91,000 for both properties.
