SETTLEMENTS — 1:30 PM APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 2 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 7 cases that had <br />reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of the <br />agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Ms. Reinhard questioned the reasoning on the land and building settlement values for Case No. 39285. <br />County appraiser Brett Hosaka responded. <br />Mr. Reinhard questioned the building value for Case No. 39177. County appraiser Kaleb Meno <br />responded. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Harano moved to accept the settlements between the County and the appellants as <br />presented. Seconded by Ms. Reinhard. A call for discussion was made.
