Mr. Harano moved to accept the withdrawals as presented by the County for the afternoon <br />session on July 14. Seconded by Ms. Reinhard. A call for discussion was made. Motion <br />passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS — 1:30 PM APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 1 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 4 cases that had <br />reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of the <br />agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Hughes questioned the pitt change for Case No. 39574. County appraiser Jennifer Long <br />responded. <br />Mr. Reinhard questioned the building values for Case No. 39305 and 39521. County appraiser Eric <br />Dennis responded. <br />Mr. Harano questioned the pitt change for building values for Case No. 39573.
