Recessed at 10:04 a.m. Reconvened at 10:15 a.m. Before proceeding onto the next case, Dionne Costa, Appraisal Supervisor requested that settlements and withdrawn cases can be reviewed before the active cases. The Board granted this request. SETTLEMENTS — 9:00 AM APPEALS AGENDA County presented to the Board a 2 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 10 cases that had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Ms. Blancett-Maddock questioned the land value for Case No. 39492. County appraiser Hoku Manning responded.
