Appellant, Caroline Greenwell was present along with her two sons. Present for the County was <br />appraiser, Jennifer Long. <br />Property is located at the top of the Hokukano Highlands area. <br />The denial of the non -dedicated agricultural use exemption is under appeal. <br />Appellant presented her case. County presented their case and recommended sustaining the 2020 <br />assessed values and the disallowance of the non -dedicated agricultural use exemption. <br />Mr. Okumoto moved to sustain the County's recommendation. Seconded by Ms. Blancett- <br />Maddock. A call for discussion was made.
