SETTLEMENTS — 1:30 PM APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 3 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 14 cases that <br />had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of the <br />agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />Ms. Blancett-Maddock questioned the land value for Case No. 39601. County appraiser Hoku <br />Manning responded. <br />Ms. Blancett-Maddock questioned the building value for Case No. 39205. Matt Radmilovic <br />responded. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Okumoto moved to accept the settlements provided. Seconded by Mr. Harano. A call for <br />discussion was made.
