Appellant presented their case. Motion passed by a vote of 4:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS — 1:30 PM APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 3 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 17 cases that <br />had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of the <br />agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />Mr. Hughes questioned the land value for Case No. 39350. County appraiser Charlie Brown <br />responded. <br />Ms. Blancett-Maddock questioned the building value for Case No. 39294. County appraiser Hoku <br />Manning responded. <br />Mr. Hughes questioned the building and land values for Case No. 39186.
