SETTLEMENTS — 1:30 PM APPEALS AGENDA County presented to the Board a 3 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 17 cases that had reached settlement agreements (copies provided to the Board) between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. A call for questions was made. Mr. Hughes questioned the type of land for Case No. 39240, 39239, 39238 and 39237. County appraiser Matthew Radmilovic responded. Ms. Reinhard questioned the land and location for Case No. 39235 and 39236. County appraiser Matthew Radmilovic responded.
