Present for the County was Clerical Supervisor, Ryan <br />Okamura. Appellants' representative and the Board were in favor of hearing all cases together. <br />The Property Tax Land Classification for Affordable Rental Housing is under appeal. <br />Appellants' representative presented their case. County presented their case and recommended that <br />the current assessment without the Affordable Rental Housing Tax Classification be sustained for the <br />2020 tax year. <br />Mr. Okumoto moved to sustain the County's recommendation. Seconded by Ms. Reinhard. A <br />call for discussion was made.
