Bill 216 Bill 216 reorganizes and restructures the 10/20/20: AWEEMC gave wastewater provisions of HCC, including positive recommendation. deleting the director’s authority to grant 11/06/20: First reading sewer exemptions (conflicts with state DOH before County Council. administrative rules). Resolution Authorizes the acquisition of private property 10/21/20: Second reading 741-20 by eminent domain for the Pāhala WWTP. before the County Council.
