Hawaii County Charter Commission -16 <br />July 24, 2020 <br />CHR. ADAMS: Thanks Commissioner Springer. Commissioner Leithead-Todd. <br />Am I getting close? <br />MS. TODD: Yes. <br />CHR. ADAMS: Thank you. <br />MS. TODD: I would like to thank everybody for their work. I am particularly <br />happy with the set of proposals we have. Especially the disaster and emergency <br />fund. Though in the aftermath of this recent global pandemic, I wonder if I set the <br />bar too low in terms of the amount of money that the County needs to set aside <br />because who knew that everything would be impacted from every segment of our <br />lives and it just is amazing you know, what we have had to endure and this is... <br />this is the largest social gathering that I have been to you know, since the start of <br />this. This is the largest group of people I have been around and we are only able <br />to do it because we are able to space, but I appreciate everybody's work. I will <br />miss all of you as I go back into semi quarantine and staying at home. Thank you <br />for your work. <br />CHR. ADAMS: Thank you Commissioner Leithead-Todd. And I will miss working with you guys and until this <br />concludes and after, I am always here if I can help you in any way.
