I don't know if John is on. <br /> RAFFIPIY: John Schtsmier? <br /> LEY: And Cory already testified. <br /> RAFFIPIY: Oh yes, so she does not need to be sworn in. <br /> LEY: If possible, if you could call on Deborah Ward first, she has an appointment. <br /> RAFFIPIY: Okay, thank you. <br /> LEY: If the rest of you, if you if possible if you could turn on your camera and microphone the <br /> Chair will be swearing you in. <br /> RAFFIPIY: Please testifiers please turn on your cameras and microphones at this time. Okay, at <br /> this time please raise your right hand. Do you swear or affirm to tell the truth in this matter <br /> before the Windward Planning Commission? <br /> TESTIFIERS: I do. <br /> RAFFIPIY: Thank you alright. So, at this time, we're going to go head and have Deborah Ward <br /> start first. I'm going to ask all of you to turn off your cameras and microphones again and call <br /> you one by one. Until it is your turn to speak, please keep your cameras and microphones off so <br /> that the person who is testifying will have a better chance to be heard. I appreciate your being <br /> considerate to other testifiers. <br /> Also, to be fair to everyone, testimony is limited to three minutes. You will hear a sound or <br /> signal telling you that you have a minute to wrap up your testimony. After three minutes, your <br /> microphone will be muted, and I'll ask the Commissioners if they have questions regarding your <br /> testimony. When there are no more questions, I'll ask you to log off for the reason stated earlier. <br /> Please be reminded that there is live streaming on YouTube where you can continue to observe <br /> the hearing. All this is to conduct a fair and orderly hearing.
