onizuka: Do we have a second? <br />Greenwell: Second. <br />Ms. Raymond moved to ratify the Application for Temporary <br />Increase in Licensed Premises to the side of the building <br />facing Kanoelehua Avenue for outside liquor consumption, <br />from August 27, 2020, through the COVID-19 restriction <br />period, submitted by Vibe cafe L.L.C., dba Vibe Cafe, <br />approved by Director Gerald Takase on August 31, 2020, <br />to its Restaurant General liquor license, Category B1, <br />located at 750 Kanoelehua Avenue, Suite 101, Hilo, Hawaii; <br />seconded by Mr. G reenwell. <br />onizuka: Thank you. Moved and seconded. Any discussion? <br />There was no discussion from the commissioners. <br />onizuka: If not, all those in favor say, "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />onizuka: Opposed, "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by the Commissioners. <br />onizuka: Motion carried. Thank you. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />onizuka: 2. Team Builders of Hawaii, L.L.C., dba Kalaekilohana Inn & Retreat, <br />approval to extend the time issuance of its approved Restaurant General liquor license, <br />Category 131, located at 94-2152 South Point Road, Na`alehu, Hawaii, for an additional <br />six months, from October 3, 2020, to and including April 3, 2021, by letter dated <br />September 8, 2020. <br />Passage requires finding of good cause pursuant to Rule 4-2-F, of the Hawaii county <br />Liquor commission Rules and Regulations. If the commission finds good cause, please <br />state what that good cause reason is when making the motion. <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, the applicant has been having some trouble meeting all the <br />requirements of the Department of Public Works, and because they have not been able <br />to open, I believe they are also having some cash flow problems.
