Team Builders of Hawaii, L.L.C., dba Kalaekilohana Inn & Retreat, <br />approval to extend the time issuance of its approved Restaurant General liquor license, <br />Category 131, located at 94-2152 South Point Road, Na`alehu, Hawaii, for an additional <br />six months, from October 3, 2020, to and including April 3, 2021, by letter dated <br />September 8, 2020. <br />Passage requires finding of good cause pursuant to Rule 4-2-F, of the Hawaii county <br />Liquor commission Rules and Regulations. If the commission finds good cause, please <br />state what that good cause reason is when making the motion. <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, the applicant has been having some trouble meeting all the <br />requirements of the Department of Public Works, and because they have not been able <br />to open, I believe they are also having some cash flow problems.
