Mr. Greenwell moved to ratify the Application for Individual <br />Importation of Liquor Permit for 750 ml of Grappa, as a single <br />shipment of liquor not to exceed five gallons (19 liters) not <br />available in the State of Hawaii, submitted by Lerisa L. Heroldt, <br />approved by Administrative officer Brandon Gonzalez <br />on September 9, 2020. <br />onizuka: Moved and seconded. Any discussion? <br />Hughes: Just a question, what is Grappa? <br />onizuka: Mr. director, what is Grappa? <br />Takase: It's an Italian wine. <br />Thomas: Yes, it's an Italian wine. Mr. chairman, Grappa is an after-dinner drink, like <br />the Greek "ouzo." You usually have it after your meal. It's a clear liquid, very strong. <br />onizuka: Thank you.
