Kona; Sugg. 20-002, <br />st <br />Pahoehoe 1La’aloa, N. Kona;andSugg. 20-012, Magic Sands, N. <br />Kona; the discussion was led by CHR. WARSHAUER with maps to the <br />commission. MS. NAUNGAYAN discussed a Comm. 20-082 the <br />picturesof signs posted on all three properties and testifies of personal <br />experiences to the Banyans property. She discusses the meaning of <br />“La’aloa” to be very ‘sacred’. MR. LEE confirms there is no vehicular <br />access or parking at Banyans. <br />Discussions are held regarding development plans andhuge parking <br />issues. MR. VENTURA confirms that overnight camping and <br />construction of restrooms are still not allowed according to our present <br />charter. <br />There are no discussions on any other 2020 Suggestion Forms submissions, CHR. <br />WARSHAUER moved to the next item on the agenda, New Business. <br />V.NEW BUSINESS: <br />1.Commission to hear writtenAd Hoc Site Visits Reports(if any). There are no <br />written reportsto present, CHR. WARSAHUER moved to item 2. <br />2.Suggestion Form review anddiscussion. <br />The commission held a lengthy discussion,reviewing, and changes made to <br />the current Suggestion Form. Commission decided to defer amotion to accept <br />the revisions to the Suggestion Form for the next scheduled next meeting. <br />3.Commission to review and discuss the subject ofpetitions. <br />CHR. WARSHAUER recommends deferring this subject to the nextmeeting <br />due to the already lengthy meeting.
