Hawaii Police Commission <br />Meeting Agenda <br />November 20, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />CONSIDERATION AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS (Briefly summarized.) <br />• Complaint HPC 20-23: Complainant alleged that an officer arrested her client at the <br />courthouse while court was in recess and should have done it after the trial had concluded. <br />• Complaint HPC 20-24: Complainant alleged that during a traffic stop, an officer was <br />discourteous, threatened her, and lied to his supervisor when she complained. <br />• Complaint HPC 20-26: Police were called to assist with issuing a no -trespass order to a hotel <br />guest.
