Yes, Alexandra. You can go ahead with your testimony. STAR: Thank you very much. I am the owner of Lot Number 4, which is immediately adjacent to Christie Cash's property and I a share property line with her. I understand there have been complaints in the past regarding noise levels. Which I know that Christie has subsequently addressed and corrected. I purchased my property in October 2018 exactly two (2)years ago and during that time that I've lived here I have experienced no noise or excessive disturbance on my property coming from Christie Cash. I'm situated downwind from Mrs. Cash's property so if there were any noise it would be noticeable. Because I'm retired my partner and I spend almost all of time on our property we are here almost a hundred percent of the time, We hear some noise from the `Akoni Pule Highway from vehicles travelling back and forth. Although, most of that sound is generally muffles by the passage of the trade winds that blows from north to south in this part of Kohala. On completely windless days I do hear road traffic. So,just to reiterate as Christie's immediate neighbor I have never been disturbed by sound or other activities coming from weddings or parties that may have been held on her property. Christie has a beautiful property, and she keeps it immaculate and inviting to all her guests. She's deeply involved in the history of the property which gives visitors a glimpse of Kohala's interesting past. Thank you so much. CARR SMITH: Thank you very much Alexandra.
