This was our <br /> retirement dream, and the Applicant has spent the last decade ruining it. Logically and factually <br /> you have no choice but to deny this Special Permit. <br /> The Water Department as you know. Christie Cash is using fourteen (14)times her allotted <br /> gallons. Where is the water going? She only has one (1)permitted cesspool. She has blatantly <br /> and willingly operated an illegal hotel business for the last decade. Ignoring all cease and desists <br /> orders from your department. She's constructed unpermitted buildings,pools, and hot tubs <br /> clearly ignoring the building and zoning codes. She's using an obscene amount of water and <br /> knowingly discharged raw sewage into the environment. Her actions clearly demonstrate she has <br /> no respect for rules or authority. <br /> Her commercial activities are in direct opposition to a NKCDP strategy which focuses growth <br /> toward already developed areas like Hawl. It is your responsibility to uphold and enforce <br /> building and zoning codes of this district. If you grant this Special Permit you are opening a can <br /> of worms for future development and non-compliance. I strongly urge you to make an example <br /> of Christie Cash and deny this permit. The outcome of these proceedings will determine whether <br /> we build on our lot because we no desire to live in a commercial, noise and light polluting <br /> wedding venue. <br /> 9 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
