This is a <br />repair job that will not affect in anyway the surrounding areas of the building envelope. <br />4. Written description of the anticipated impacts of the proposed development on valued cultural, historical or <br />natural resources on or in the vicinity of the property: There will be no impact to any valued cultural, <br />historical or natural resources on or the vicinity of the property, all work will be performed within the <br />existing building perimeter. There will be no increase of existing gross floor area and no additional ground <br />disturbance. <br />Written statement discussing the proposed development and anticipated impacts of the proposed <br />development on the following in relationship to the objectives and policies as contained in Chapter 205A, <br />HRS, and the SMA Guidelines: <br />a.
