Clark) <br />"NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT AND VARIANCE <br />FOR A SIGN ADVERTISING REAL ESTATE FOR -SALE <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br />Pursuant to Chapter 3 of Hawaii County Code Section 3-22(bx9), notice is hereby given to you, as an owner, co-owner, <br />lessee, co -lessee of record of real estate or an owner of record of a share in a cooperative apartment within 300 feet of the <br />proposed location, of the following application for a permit and variance for a sign advertising real estate for sale within <br />Kailua Kona. <br />Applicant of Sign Permit: R- Clark <br />Proposed Sign Location: Chainlink fence at the left -side entry to "Kona West" facing Kuakini Highway <br />Address of Proposed Sign Location: "Kona West", 75-7680 Kuakini Highway, Kailua Kona, HI 96740 <br />TMK of Proposed Sign Location: 3-7-5-6-31 <br />Type of Sign: Site Sign (Second Site Sign for the TMK) <br />Currently, Hawaii County Code Section 3-8(a)(1)(B) stipulates that any small, unlit sign not exceeding 2 square feet in area <br />may be displayed without a permit once in a calendar year for a period of time not to exceed 30 consecutive days.
