Chun, Trustee <br />Re: Fourtr; Signature Request for Sign Permit and Variance Application for Kona West Unit 201 <br />Dear Ms. Chun: <br />As mentioned in our letter of Tuesday, August 4, 2020, we are planning to submit the documents that were attached <br />[to the letter] to the Hawaii Dept of Public Works in order to obtain a real-estate for sate sign permit and variance <br />for our unit 201 at Kona West. <br />This letter is a courtesy reminder that we require your signature on 2 pages related to the Kailua Village Design <br />Commission (KVDC) portion of the package that we plan to send to the Hawaii Dept of Public Works. Again, can <br />you please sign in the flagged area that says "Recorded Land Owner" on the 2 pages that say at the top "Referral of <br />Sign Permit Application for KVDC Review" and "Referral of Sign Variance Application for KVDC Review". <br />only require those 2 signed pages by Friday, September 4', and have therefore enclosed for your convenience a third <br />copy of these 2 pag s along with another stamped envelope addressed to us. - <br />This Certified Mail letter is our final reminder before we submit the original set of documents (in our former August <br />4, 2020 letter) to the Hawaii Dept of Public Works. Again, if you do not want to sign the pages, please document <br />why in a letter and return it before September 0. If it would be easier for you, you may send your signed pages to <br />us, or your letter of denial to us, via email at relark i tsa! moii.caw1.
