CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm. <br /> <br />Stanley Mendes, District 1 – here <br />Kean Umeda, District 2 – here <br />Vacant - District 3 <br />Naniloa Pogline, District 4 - here <br />Abraham Antonio, District 5 - here <br />Grayson Hashida - District 6 - here <br />Vacant – District 7 <br />Vacant – District 8 <br />George Donev, District 9 - present <br /> <br />Quorum established <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Joe Kamelamela, Corporation Counsel <br /> Barbara Kossow, Deputy Managing Director <br /> Nancy Pisicchio, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kim <br /> <br />GUESTS: <br />a. Terrence Noda, member of the Hawai’i Island Na Ala Hele <br />Advisory Council, active hunter, and ATV Instructor will lead <br />discussion on hunter trails and access, and would like to hear the <br />concerns from the public on the matter. <br />b. Kanalu Sproat, West Hawai’i DOFAW Biologist, will give us <br />information on the latest eradication efforts. <br />c. Gerard De Lima will give us a field report and observations from <br />the point of view of a hunter and gatherer. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER: (6:30P) <br /> <br />NP: I’d like to call this meeting to order at 6:30p.
