<br />(The) (Restaurant), dba Club at Hokuli`a (The) (Retail), with the
<br />appointment of Kevin Todd Van Nortwick as Director, replacing
<br />Richard Goodmanson, Director; the election of Bruce Totten,
<br />Vice President, as Secretary, replacing Richard Goodmanson,
<br />Secretary, effective August 17,"2020, received on September 3,
<br />2020; and, the Personal History and Affidavit for
<br />Kevin Todd Van Nortwick, Director, effective August 17, 2020,
<br />received on September 29, 2020, to its Restaurant (Category B2)
<br />and Retail liquor licenses, located at 81-6636 Pu`u Ohau Place,
<br />Kealakekua, Hawaii; seconded by Mr. Hughes.
<br />Onizuka: Moved and seconded that we approve the changes of officers and directors.

<br />received September 23, 2020; and, the Personal History and Affidavit for
<br />Marie Colello Bothof, Owner, effective July 25, 2019, received September 23, 2020,
<br />to its Winery liquor license, Category A, located at the Volcano Golf Course Subdivision,
<br />35 Pi'i Mauna Drive, Volcano, Hawaii.
