Schoen: Actually, Mr. Chair, you will see that the Department's Findings of Fact, Conclusions <br />of Law, and Decision and Order did contain the penalty recommendation, and that was for the <br />amount of $2,000. <br />Smith: Okay, Ms. Schoen, so the Department is not recommending any waivers or anything? <br />This is actually a Licensee that has left the jurisdiction, right? <br />Schoen: Right, and that is the maximum. <br />Smith: Okay.
