Basically, those documents detail the facts. The Licensee was to pay percentage fees in the <br />amount of $2,470.02 by November 15, 2019, but he did not. On October 1St, the Licensee <br />was notified (to pay their percentage fee). On October 15th, the business was closed, and <br />in-person contact was made with him on October 21St. That was our last contact with the <br />Licensee.
