The Department's recommendation is the same as in the <br />other case, a $2,000 fine to be paid within thirty (30) days upon issuance of the Decision and <br />Order, made payable to the Department of Liquor Control. <br />Smith: Thank you. Do I have a motion? <br />Mukai: I move to accept the recommendation of the Department. <br />Smith: Second? <br />Taniguchi: Second. <br />Mr. Mukai moved that the Licensee in Case No. 2020-007, <br />be assessed a penalty in the amount of $2,000 to be paid <br />within thirty (30) days upon issuance of the Decision and <br />Order for said violation, payable to the Department of Liquor <br />Control; seconded by Mr. Taniguchi. <br />Smith: Thank you. Renee, I just have one question. We have not been able to locate this <br />guy; so, when we make these decisions and impose these penalties, the only consequences <br />if he were to come back in some future time to the County of Hawai'i and apply for a license, <br />(would be that) we'd be able to consider this situation? <br />Schoen: Yes. <br />Smith: Thank you.
