2. Election of Chair and Vice Chair: The Action Committee will nominate and elect anew Chair and Vice Chair to serve during the 2021 calendar year. 3. Recapitulation of the Comprehensive General Plan Review and Update Process: Bethany Morrison, Acting Long Range Program Manager, will provide the Action Committee with an overview of the General Plan Comprehensive Review and Update including the role of Action Committees in the process and upcoming opportunities to provide input. 4. County and Community Co -Learning Series (CLS) Communication Tool: Planning Staff will provide an overview of the CLS framework that is currently being developed based on the input provided by Action Committees around the Island. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically challenged. If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code). A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
