ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language <br /> <br />interpretation to access the meeting, please contact the Department of Parks and Recreation <br /> <br />at 961-8311 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to <br /> <br />arrange for accommodations. “Other reasonable modification” refers to communication <br /> <br />methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically <br /> <br />challenged. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) 92-3.5, this <br />meeting will be held online via Webex. If the audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for <br />more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated. Veterans Advisory Committee <br />Members will be present at the following locations: <br /> <br />Members Michael Doolittle, Debra Lewis, Isaac Nahakuelua, George Sheridan, Marcia <br />Brinkley, and Emile Wery will be participating via Webex. <br /> Kona Mayor’s Office, West Hawai‘i Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, <br />Building B (Members Minoru Hanato and Antonio Gaspar will be participating from the <br />Kona Mayor’s Office via Webex.) <br /> <br />BOARD PACKET. Pursuant to Hawai'i Revised Statutes Section 92-7.5, the board packet <br />provided to members of this board for this meeting is available for public inspection during <br />regular business hours at the Department of Parks & Recreation located at 101 Pauahi Street, <br />Suite 6, Hilo Hawai'i 96720. <br /> <br />Copies of this agenda are available on the Department of Parks & Recreation web page at <br />http://www.hawaiicounty.gov/parks-and-recreation/.
