Chair Ikeda asked for nominations for Vice -Chair. <br />Ms. Sumera made a motion to nominate Mr. Lucas as Vice -Chair. Seconded by Ms. Marumoto. <br />Chair Ikeda asked for any discussion from the board. <br />The motion was carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Board Members Marumoto, Lucas, Vice -Chair Sumera, and Chair Ikeda — 4. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />Ms. Young circulated the statistics of Hawaii County Pensioners for 2020. <br />Ms. Sako gave a brief description of the Pension Board duties and requirements to qualify for County <br />Pension for the new board members. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Ms. Sumera made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
