(d) If, after the fifteenth calendar day from the date of the notice, the customer <br />does not pay the amount delinquent and owed to the county, does not arrange <br />an approved payment plan, or does not contest the proposed discontinuation <br />of water service, water service shall be discontinued. If, prior to the <br />discontinuation of the water service, the customer pays the total amount owed <br />to the county on the delinquent account, the water service shall continue. <br />22-4. Restoration of Water Services. Water service shall not be resumed until the <br />delinquent sewer account against the customer has been paid or until the customer has <br />entered into and signed an approved payment plan. In addition, all DWS requirements for <br />restoration of water service must be met, including reinstallation charges (in accordance with <br />DWS Rules and Regulations). <br />SEVERABILITY <br />In the event any portion of these rules is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect <br />other parts of these rules. <br />Dated this 17th day of February, 2022. <br />RAMZI I.
