Steve, go ahead. <br /> COLON: I'll take on that, Commissioner Vitousek. Thank you for the question. Hunt <br /> Companies is a family-owned company, headquartered in El Paso, Texas. We've been active in <br /> Hawaii since the early 90's. We came to Hawaii as a military housing contractor, and we built <br /> about 5,500 homes for all branches of military on Oahu. We now own and operate 7,000 homes <br /> for the Navy and the Marine Corps in Honolulu and on Kauai. We also have some other <br /> divisions. The division I run, the development group, is very active with projects on every <br /> island. We are redeveloping the former Barbers Point Naval Air Station, which is a large master <br /> plan community, 550 acres, on the west side of Oahu, and like Palamanui it has a whole range, <br /> whole range of uses. We have an affordable housing affiliate that provides financing for <br /> affordable housing projects all over the state. They are very, they are most active syndicator in <br /> Hawaii.
