1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: (6:30 pm) <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: December 15, 2020 meeting <br />3. FINANCIAL REPORT: <br />4. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS: <br />- Statements from the public will be taken throughout the meeting. <br />5. PRESENTATION: <br />a. West Hawai'i DOFAW Wildlife Biologist Kanalu Sproat will give a report on <br />mutually beneficial game management strategies. <br />b. Mark Crivello of 3C Goat Grazing will give an update on successful pilot <br />programs using goats for invasive weed control in Puuwaawaa fire breaks, and <br />weed clearing at archaeological sites on Ali'i Drive. <br />c. State GMAC representative for Molokai, Nelson Rapanot will speak on the need <br />for improvement in the State GMAC, and the game issues on Molokai. <br />6. OLD BUSINESS: <br />a. Discuss GMAC Legislative bills. <br />b. Update on County Council Bill 217, ban on Waipio pedestrian access. <br />c. Report on DOFAW rule changes. <br />7. NEW BUSINESS: <br />a. Public shooting range discussion. <br />b. Mile Marker 16 shooting range clean-up. <br />8. ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />9. COMMISSIONERS REPORT BY DISTRICT: <br />10. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />11.
