The C2CLS focuses on improving the interface <br /> between the community and its local <br /> government featuring: <br /> • information sharing, <br /> • education/awareness raising, <br /> • collaborative problem solving, <br /> • and action to advance community resilience initiatives. <br /> The C2CLS will support Community and <br /> County partnerships with access to critical <br /> information/data, connections to technical <br /> experts and resource partners, and network <br /> building opportunities to advance district level <br /> and island-wide resilience. <br />
