BRILHANTE: Good morning, Merit Appeals Board Members, and Chairwoman. <br />William Brilhante, Director, Department of Human Resources. <br />What we did for our quarterly submittals if, in your packet, if you go to the blue tab—and it's the <br />documents following—incorporated in that blue tab is pretty much our quarterly reports.
