CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 6:33pm. <br /> 11. ROLL CALL: Per B. Kossow: <br /> Willie-Joe Camara, District 1 - here <br /> Dwayne "Ike" Yoshina, District 2 - here <br /> Anthony "Tony" Sylvester, District 3 - present <br /> District 4 —Vacant <br /> Thomas H. Lodge, District 5 - here <br /> Kenneth "Kalani" DeCoito, District 6 -here <br /> District 7 -Vacant <br /> Mark C. Bartell — District 8 - present <br /> District 9 —Vacant <br /> Quorum established <br /> ALSO PRESENT: B. Hall, Attorney, Corporation Counsel <br /> B. Kossow, Administrative Specialist <br /> B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> Action: D. Yoshina moved to approve the minutes as circulated. <br /> Seconded by T. Sylvester, motion carried unanimously. <br /> V. BUDGET REPORT: None <br /> V1.
