CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 6:30pm. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL: Per B. Kossow: <br /> <br />Willie-Joe Camara, District 1 - here <br />Dwayne “Ike” Yoshina, District 2 – here <br />Ryan Kohatsu, District 3 - here <br />Naniloa Pogline, District 4 - here <br />Thomas H. Spec <br /> <br />III. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND INTRODUCTIONS: <br />Gregory Fleming and John Polhemus of Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) <br />were introduced <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Action: D. Yoshina moved to accept the <br /> minutes as circulated. Seconded by N. Pogline. Motion carried <br /> unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />V. BUDGET REPORT: Action: D. Yoshina moved to accept the budget <br /> report as circulated and also to have an Executive Session after <br /> September 1, 2015 but before the next GMAC meeting after M. Bartell <br /> and J.
